Business Support & Systems

I’m experienced in Microsoft 365, Xero, CRM systems, project management platforms and a wide range of business software. Whether it’s organising a process, sorting out a system, preparing documents, managing workflows or coordinating the jobs behind the scenes, I’m happiest when I’m making things work better.



What I enjoy most is getting to know how a business works and becoming a dependable part of the team. Rather than simply completing individual tasks, I often help clients spot gaps, improve processes and keep on top of the day-to-day work that can otherwise become overwhelming.

Because every business is different, support can be completely flexible. Some clients work with me regularly every day, while others call on me when they have a particular project, backlog or busy period.

I’m based in Central Scotland and work remotely with clients across the UK.
